Our Story
Defont's started in a home kitchen in 2008, with one recipe — a dark chocolate cake that neighbors kept asking for. What began as a weekend hobby became something we couldn't stop doing.
Today, we operate out of a dedicated baking studio with a small, passionate team. We source our butter from family dairy farms, our chocolate from single-origin producers, and our fruit from local growers whenever the season allows.
We believe a great dessert is about restraint as much as indulgence — the right flavors, in balance, made with real ingredients. No mixes. No shortcuts.

Please allow 10–14 days lead time for custom cakes. Wedding orders require 6–8 weeks notice.
